| Pride season is
officially upon us now! Derek is off this weekend to not one,
but TWO different pride events across the country. First,
you found him Friday night and Saturday in Dayton, OH. Friday
night, he was bar hopping at Club Aquarius (newly renovated)
and Club Masque (which also featured a performance
that night by American Idol’s Kimberly Locke). Then on
Saturday, he was your emcee at Dayton Pride. The parade started at Noon, then
Derek was at Court House Square until 5pm. Then, he flew
from Dayton to Salt Lake City, UT. Saturday night at
midnight, he had giveaways and fun at underwear night
at Club Try-Angles in Salt Lake. Then Sunday, see him
in the Utah Pride parade (on the Club Try-Angles float) and meet him by the stage
at Utah Pride where he will be your emcee all afternoon
long. Doria Biddle from The Frank DeCaro Show will also be in Salt Lake
City for Utah Pride this weekend, emceeing the concert
with Sheena Easton on Friday night and the pride
stage on Saturday with a performance by En Vogue. |

 Okay, so it was a short week (really
short for Derek) but it was still an excellent week of shows.
The Positive Changes guy cancelled at the last minute, so
listeners found out about MyPartnerPerfect.com instead (and if you use
the promo code: OutQ you get a free month). Billy Masters popped in for Tabloid Tuesday to
discuss Rosie O’Donnell leaving The View. Wednesday found
adorable Jim Verraros on his way to a Joss Stone concert
but still anxious to chat with DNR about American Idol, outed
celebrities and Eating Out 2: Sloppy Seconds. Porn
star/producer Michael Lucas called in on his way to Europe to
voice his concern about gay bashings in New York City.
Thursday found Grammy winner Sheena Easton and
stars of The Lair on Here TV Colton Ford and Peter Stickles dishes about what parts of their
bodies are and are not shaved. Sheena Easton and the men from The Lair are in
the rebroadcast this Saturday, in case you missed it the first
time around. Friday brought guest host Ron Dodd, an interview with Lucy Lawless, that
hot boy from Dark Alley Media Tony Bishop and Joel from JT’s Stockroom. What a week! And the fun
continues into the month of June with more surprises and great
guests. | |
