Colucci, the Must Hear TV Guy
from the Frank DeCaro Show dropped by to dish about The Golden Girls, and Gay.com travel editor Ed
Salvato also came by the studio this week. Representing on the straight side was
Chloe Dao, winner of Season
Two of Project Runway. Wednesday
marked the debut of Episode #4 (Morning Train) of Derek’s free video podcast “The So
Real Life.” This week’s episode,
available for download
at iTunes, is just another graphic glimpse into Derek’s everyday life,
adding another dimension to what you hear on the radio. All four episodes
released so far are also available on Podcast.net if you want to see the
shows but don’t want to download iTunes. Romaine’s favorite episode is yet to come!
The week ends of course with the live
broadcast from Buli Café in Dallas, TX. DNR hope to see tons of
listeners there on Friday night. They
have t-shirts and other fun stuff to give away, so don’t miss it.
Coming up this week on Derek and Romaine (all times

The fun kicks off early on
Friday, September 15th with a live broadcast from Buli Café on
Cedar Springs
Road. Come by to watch the action live with special
guests The Texas Cowgirls and hunky Mark
Dalton. Plus, bring your Six Flags tickets or season pass and receive a free DNR
Summer Tour t-shirt, while supplies
last. Then, join DNR on Saturday at
Gay Day at Six Flags from
10am-3pm and/or at Gay Bingo on
Saturday night starting at 6pm. Sunday brings DNR to the Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade
which kicks off at 2pm, followed immediately by the rally in Lee Park. Don’t
miss all the fun! Coming back from that action packed weekend in Dallas, DNR have a great
week of guests and fun planned direct from the Rockefeller Studios of Sirius
Satellite Radio, as well as special guest hosts Gus Mattox and Doria Biddle,
filling in for Romaine on Monday and Tuesday respectively. This Wednesday is the best day to start watching
Derek’s video podcast “The So Real Life” since it is the debut
of Episode #4, Romaine’s favorite episode! And as always, if you need some free
stuff, pick up a free DNR euro decal for the back on
your car. Everybody’s doing it.
