Yuletide Punch

2 bottles Brut Sparkling wine/champagne
1 btl Bacardi Limon
12 oz Raspberry Liquer
1 btl white cranberry juice
16 oz lemon juice
16 oz orange juice
8 oz simple syrup (2 parts sugar dissolved in 1 part of water)
fill an ice mold with frozen red raspberries and blackberries, sliced oranges and lemons with white cranberry juice to fill -- freeze and place in punch bowl when serving
Serves 24 (light drinkers)

Mistletoe Mojito

muddle several mint leaves in 1 oz of simple syrup with a bit of lime juice
add 1.5 oz Bacardi Raz, top off with club soda and squeeze half a lime in, garnish with mint leaf.

• 3 cups OJ
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 2 cups Coca-Cola (NO substitutions!)
• sprinkle in a lil cinnamon
  
• Place ham in roasting pan
• Stab the Ham with a knife--go crazy like a serial killer!
• Pour the OJ/ cola mixture over the ham
• Make a tin foil tent
• Roast at 450 for around 45 mins
• Turn down the oven to 300 and cook for another hour and 1/2 or until done.
